Summit Entertainment has officially announced The Twilight Saga: The New Chapter, the sixth installment of the hit series that captivated audiences worldwide. After more than a decade since Dawn – Part 2, the beloved franchise is making a grand return with original stars Robert Pattinson and Mackenzie Foy reprise their roles as Edward Cullen and Renesmee Cullen.
Set 15 years after the events of Dawn – Part 2, The New Chapter shifts its approach to Renesmee, now fully grown up and dealing with her double nature as half human, half vampire. While searching for their identity, the Cullen family find themselves tangled in a dangerous conflict when a new vampire den threatens the fragile peace between humans, werewolves and vampires in Forks.
Edward, now a protective father, finds himself torn between his love for his family and the growing threat of war. Meanwhile, Renesmee begins to explore her extraordinary abilities and the unique bond she shares with Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner), further complicating the already strained dynamics between the Cullen and the Quileute tribe.
